The Japanese program Rosetta Stone really work?

I am currently a junior in high school and I'm a little thinking ahead. I want to go in Culinary Arts or even being a linguist and I was wondering if this program works? What is the perfect program? Do I need to learn to say or how to write it. Should I take something like this now or when I graduate, and when I got to college? Any advice or anything about these programs or things I should do. Rosetta Stone is really good to win vocabulary, so if you want to increase the number of words you know, it can be really useful. In terms of grammar, the actual practice and conversation, it is not much good for anything. In other words, do not buy it. It is incredibly expensive for what it really is. But it may be useful if you have access to somewhere. Right now, if you want to start preparing for the Japanese classes at the university, there are so many resources Free Internet for beginners. My first suggestion would be to start learning the hiragana and Katakana (google). It will help you a lot for when you start. Good luck! (Or, as they say in Japanese Ganbatte!)

Nobody knows all the Hebrew classes (ulpan) in New Jersey?

I will travel to Israel to make aliyah and serving in the army August is the first project in November and I need to have an amount at least half decent Hebrew. I'm already Rosetta Stone & books and CD / cassette im wondering if anyone knows any Hebrew course in the New Jersey area (not New York) Ive been both in Israel for extended stays and short trips so I know ppl speak English. the question is for the army you need to have reliable knowledge of Hebrew at least a little understanding and speaking. I'm about 40 minutes from Rutgers thats not terrible, but most classes semester have already begun

You did not say where in New Jersey, you will be, but you can try to take a class in Hebrew University Rutgers in New Brunswick or check in a university more local to you that offers courses in Hebrew.
