Implementing the seven chakra colors in your environment is a simple and effective way to make changes in your life. If you have one (or several chakras) which are out of balance, add the color chakra to your home.

Here is quick guide to the chakra colors:

Red: The first chakra is about stability, balance and community. Signs that you may be out of balance in this energy center include a feeling of fear, worry excessively about money and finance, and the feeling of being "outside" of those around you. Consider adding red shades your house. On a small scale consider a red candle or a candle, a picture or a poster with elements red, or red flowers like roses.
