How can you solve a system rack?

I have an Ibanez RG series guitar with a tremolo system 3 EDGE (similar to pink floyd). I have a few problems setting it. For one thing, the hardware lock nut does not seem to fit any hex wrench perfectly and he removes the screws ... My main problem is that I can 'seem to tune it without already tuned string out of reset ... Joe: First of all ... Bring it on a music store and see if they have the right size Allen wrench! Now ... make sure that the "stretchers" to the base of your tremolo system are cowards.
